Lynnrich contacted us after we had attended the Billings Home Show and entered our names for a free estimate. We set up an appointment for the following week and a very energetic young man by the name of Tully Hogan came out to give us our estimate. My wife and I had already had two estimates on the windows and siding but felt like Tully provided much more information and product knowledge than the other salesman we had seen. Not only did he give us enough information but stayed with us for almost four hours making sure every detail was to our satisfaction. The overall project cost was a little more than expected but the finished product was well worth the extra money we spent. Lynnrich required u to put down 1/3 of the project cost to get scheduled. Once we had the 1/3 down Joey, the owner, came out to pre measure the windows and tell us a bit more about the project. Joey was very helpful and patient with us when he was in the home. It did take a little long for Lynnrich to come out to our house (almost three months) and get the project started but once the project began everything went very smooth. Red and Corey were a joy to work with on the windows and the same goes for the siding installers. The job was completed in a timely manner and once everything was finished Tully walked the job with us. We had a problem with a foundation vent and Tully replaced it right away. After we looked over the project we paid a final payment of 2/3 of the project cost. I read the other hateful review on Angie’s List and am not quite sure why they gave Lynnrich the rest of the project cost if they were not satisfied. I will use Lynnrich for any future projects and would recommend them to anyone that asks.
