Oftentimes a high efficiency window will help to control the amount of condensation on the window pane, because the inside of the window pane will in fact be warmer than a lower efficiency window.

A higher efficiency window can have as much as a ten-degree greater temperature on the inside of the glass panel than a lower efficiency window. Conversely, in the summer time, this translates to less transferred in through the window, and therefore cooler temperatures.
